In honor of the 60th anniversary of the Hague Convention, an inaugural partnership of The Netherlands National Commission for UNESCO, the International Centre for the Study of the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property (ICCROM), and the Smithsonian Institution led to an expansion and re-development of ICCROM's established First Aid to Cultural Heritage in Times of Conflict course into the first First Aid to Cultural Heritage in Times of Crisis course for 2015 (FAC15).
